These statistical ratings do not contain any personally identifiable information about you or any of our users.

In some instances we may collect provider, prescriber or insurance company names. We use this information in order to provide you with the services and/or information that you requested and for the reasons stated above.

IN GENERAL, YOU CAN VISIT OUR SITE WITHOUT DISCLOSING ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION. HOWEVER, THERE ARE AREAS OF THIS SITE THAT REQUIRE THIS INFORMATION TO COMPLETE THEIR CUSTOMIZATION FUNCTIONS, AND MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE TO THOSE CHOOSING NOT TO REVEAL THE INFORMATION REQUESTED.
